Meet William Alexander Studio: Our New Sister Shop for Irish Businesses
We have some big family news to share! Today, 6 October 2026, we've opened the doors of a brand-new sister shop: William Alexander Studio.
If you've ever brought home one of our articulated dragons, a book nook or a little fairy house, you already know how we work. Everything is made in our family workshop here in Timolin, Co. Kildare, by William and his dad: William and his dad helps turn ideas into things you can hold. The Studio is made exactly the same way, at the same workbench, by the same family. It's just for a different kind of customer.
What is William Alexander Studio?
William Alexander Studio grew out of William Alexander Toys, and it's the business side of our family workshop. We make custom engraved, full-colour UV printed and 3D printed products for Irish businesses, teams, venues and events.
The tools and skills that help us make toys can do a lot more than toys. So we gave all that grown-up work a proper home of its own, with the same care and attention to detail you've come to expect from us.
How we make things
The Studio has four ways of bringing an idea to life:
- Laser engraving and cutting for crisp names, logos and shapes
- UV laser marking on crystal and glass
- Full-colour UV printing on almost any material, including acrylic, wood, metal, glass, leather and plastic
- 3D printing on FDM and resin printers
You'll find our Bambu Lab printers and xTool lasers work hard in the workshop.

- Custom sensory toys made to your brief
That last one is a little nod to where it all began. If your business, team or organisation needs sensory toys made to suit a particular need, we'd love to help design them with you.
Small orders are very welcome
You don't need to be a big company to work with us. Small quantities and samples are welcome, and tier pricing starts from just 6 units. For anything custom, just tell us what you have in mind and we'll put together a quote.
That makes the Studio a good fit for a club's end-of-season awards, a thank-you gift for staff, signs for a café or venue, or a special run of something for an event.
Don't worry, the toy shop isn't going anywhere
William Alexander Toys carries on exactly as normal. William is still inventing new things, and the articulated dragons, book nooks, fairy houses, night lights, sensory toys and seasonal pieces will keep coming, just as before.
The Studio simply sits alongside the toys as a sister shop. Same family, same workshop, same handmade care.
