William Alexander on The Weekend Club on RTE!

Last weekend, I got to talk with Jamie Maguire on RTÉ Jr Radio's The Weekend Club, and it was SO cool! Jamie asked me all about how I started William Alexander Toys and I got to tell everyone about my ocean wave candles and all the other awesome stuff I make.

I was a bit nervous, but Jamie made it really fun and easy. I told him about how everything started with my Dad and my inventions. Now look where it's led me – I've got dragons, book nooks, fairy houses, birdhouses, and so much more!

The best part was talking about how everything I make is handcrafted right here in Ireland. No factories – just me, my family and my friends creating cool stuff that kids actually want! I even got to mention my DIY kits and how awesome it is when kids build things themselves.

I hope some kids listening got inspired to start their own projects. You don't have to wait until you're grown up to make something amazing – I'm proof of that!
